Brandon Bond, the Artist Who Doesn't Sleep

Brandon Bond is a tattoo artist in Atlanta, Georgia. He loves what he does and has worked hard to do it. As a result of hard work, he owns two tattoo shops, a publishing company and a bankable name.

This guy is an inspiration for getting things done. The name of his studio reflects his attitude on life: All or Nothing.

His most impressive accomplishments might be his tattoos which often involve very intricate, detailed scenes featuring one or more faces, body parts, even some monsters. Casts of thousands often appear in his work and perhaps some of them are faces he's seen in his travels?

Born in Florida, Bond grew up in a supportive environment with parents who encouraged his passion for drawing. His journey with tattooing began in Texas, where he went to school to study fine arts. Someone gave him a tattoo machine and he set about tattooing his friends.

Eventually, his love of tattooing led him to the opportunity to work at shops in Texas and Florida. He went to school during the day and tattooed at night in Texas and then drove to Florida on the weekends to continue working. That is some commitment.

He then traveled, tattooing on Las Vegas Boulevard, at Seattle's Slave to the Needle, and Electric Ladyland Tattoos in New Orleans. He also toured with tattoo conventions, traveling to places like Panama City, Florida to do even more tattoo work.

All of this work and travel paid off when he found himself in Atlanta. His work was published and now over 500 magazines have published his work making his name extremely valuable.

He opened his first shop, All or Nothing Tattoo and Body Piercing, in 2004. The success of that led him to open a second studio, which includes a movie theater, Jacuzzi, koi fish water garden, nine-foot statues and other great works of art. His calendar is booked over a year ahead so there is a long, long waiting list.

And Bond cannot be idle; he has a publishing company called Stranglehold and has written five books and compiled two DVDs. He also founded the All or Nothing Pit Bull Rescue which adopts and rehabilitates abused fighting dogs. Three of those rescues belonged to Michael Vick.

Brandon Bond has done well for himself by doing what he loves which is a very inspiring thing.
