Default ink freezing

Alright so I just orderd some ink and they explained to me that they are not liable for it freezing. I live in Illinois and the company is here in Il so I'm sure its not going to freeze and I should be getting it in the mail tomorrow. My question is what do you do with frozen ink? Is it ruined if it freezes?

I just can't see it still being good. Freezing separates a lot of the different chemicals/elements used. I don't see how thawing them out and shaking them would put them back into their original state. And the smell of old melons? Isn't odor usually a sign that something is no longer good? Wouldn't the reaction causing the smell also potentially cause some kind of unwanted reaction in the skin?

I agree.
Using frozen pigment is just as bad as using expired pigment.
