That is just how we role in the Memphis....9 yr olds can get tattooed, but a 16 yr old will get arrested for skate boarding in a damn PUBLIC park!!!

Plain & Simple and the b1tc4 should be locked up for it!!!

Only problem is she'll learn how to tattoo in prision and finish tattooing the kid when she gets out!

I agree...you should need a license to have a kid!

The other kid was a teenager, I didn't pay him much attention really....it was hard to focus on anything else after the 1st kid rolled up his sleeve...he was maybe 16-17 though..could've been younger and just big for his age 'cause he was a stocky dude.

you should have knocked her out and put crack in her pocket then called some one, maybe the government would have given a s&!t then , soooo we should put a petition together to legalize dip s&!t season. I'm thinking no bag limit no caliber law and a five dollar fine for poaching. Here I'll start it
