Default Dragon Art

Anyone have some good online references/resources for dragons in general? I've given it a shot at a dragon head in pencil. I'd like to get fluent at doing all different styles (like chinese/asian, skeletal, etc)

Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks for your feedback.

Check your local bookstore (i.e. barnes & noble, etc.) usually they have a pretty good stock on how-to art books and reference material of that nature. I have found that there are usually more medieval dragon books and not so much asian ones. This is the case at least in my area.

Thumbs up Re: Dragon Art

Thanks for the reply and info! I picked up a book called Dracopedia which has some good content in it. Exactly what I was looking for. It also goes into some aspects of adding digital coloration (PhotoShop tips) when you're done.

Thanks man. appreciate the comments. Nah, wasn't trying for asian there. Although this new book I got covers some of that so look for some new ones coming up. I'm doing another one at this moment. Still non-asian though but experimenting.
