definitely he is truely good at what he does but i think i used the wrong descriptive terms on the genre... well i guess there is no genre for this style i saw and traditional was the closest one i dunno im thinking like 1920s delicate art but in tattoo form... xo.

Art Deco was more of an industrial design movement that incorporated its way into visual art during the 20-30s. It is characterized by a lot of bright colors, geometric patterns, and stylized portrayals of the human form...here are a few examples of art deco stuff...but based on the pic you posted...art deco is probably not what you are looking for?

well haha it is an aon forum...... but suzi, st louis shops are good w/ that style as well as more traditional, some out west who think they r artsy fartsy,yes i sed it, hate to say you may have to say it, ut u just have to check inkednation!
