all this stuff is for dave - as he is already dealing with a zillion questions just like this and really its private betwen us and you - however I will tell you that yes - most of the people who have emailed him already own shops or tattoo - and yes all the same rules apply.

we will let the right person into the innerworkings of everything and teach them exactly everything about how our businesses are run and our art is accomplished - no matter the background - but it is completely a "starting over" process - only one way to do it.

Dude I could totally go back to scrubbin tubes and bustin my asshole for the opportunity.... even if I were a few years into it just for the experience and knowledge I'd do it.. I own a studio where I'm the BOSS now and I'd have no qualms with being the low b1tc4 on the totem pole at AON.. Those guys rule!!!
