Default G.W. Bush joke
The president was at a meeting about the casualties of the war when he heard from an advisor that "12 Brazilian troops were killed fighting on our side".

With a sad face the president said "Lets send flowers to the troop's families." Then his face slowly turned from sad to confused. His advisor noticed and asked what was wrong, the president responeded "How many is a Brazillian???"
