Difference between Bond and other greats is he actually wants to see us succeed. Most shop owners are just as surprised when you are when you do a good tattoo. they don't give a f@#k. they have thier cool name and they just want your cash, stay out of thier art and technique...its the new "dude, f@#k you" attitude...Bond put together a DVD a website a store a culture we can share in. And I guarentee if you have the balls to go to his shop he will make you the best you can be....Embrace this. Bond I'm not licking your taint....but I firmly believe this. So study up everyone...and listen to the man.

Indeed.

I agree that Bond has done a TON for the industry, far more that anyone else. But there are a lot of other great artists that are doing something similar. They don't all have a "f@#k you" mentality. Nikko and Devries have documented their techniques, as well as many others.

PS - my post wasn't a shot at Brandon, just wanting to give credit where it's dude. The greats aren't all a-holes. I think the a-holes are the ones that know they aren't really great and become spiteful. It seems the better they are, the more personable they become. Seems that way to me anyhow
