yes they can. The electrical attachment can't be, but the entire pneumatic side can be.

release date is pushed back to 3/15/09. I've already got 4 on the wait. They are in production as we speak. I will post my opinions on them when the come in.

as long as the compressor puts out 2.5 cfm it'll do the job. However, most shop compressors aren't built to work nonstop. They also don't powder coat the inside of the air tank allowing bacteria to breed and rust to build up inside the tank, causing the compressor to provide air that can be harmful when used in procedures. My suggestion would be to go with the jun air. It's a bit costly, but in the end it's made to take the nonstop use that neumas require. 100% duty. They've also been built to use in medical procedures, providing the cleanest air possible. If taken care of, those things will last a very long time. I've heard of people using less than this compressor, and a lot of times it just winds up burning up and causing problems. But then again, I've heard people have decent results with em. To each his own, I guess. However, I've always believed in using the recommended supplies.
