Not to jump on the eikon ems bandwagon but I finally got one a few months back after not relying on numbers whatsoever... I must say word on the street is true, that when taking something apart and putting it back togeather, those numbers rock as a "jump off" point. I used 2 older generic supplies (couldn't even tell you the manufacturer to be honest...) and 2 different power supplies from pulse, so I know I'm hardly qualified to compare and contrast...... but what I can say is the eikon PS more then suits my needs, running consistently and reliably upward of 10 hours a day sometimes.

I'll go back to Eikon the day they'll stop building power supplies the size of the computer I had back in 1992. I travel too much to wanting to deal with that.

As of right now the CX-2 takes the cake for me...reliable, light, and small.
