Re: Brandon Bond apprentice! NOW HIRING!
heres an interesting question...would you take on someone who is already a tattoo artist? if so would the same apprentice rules apply, mostly not being paid? i could see this as being a good "foot in the door" to working in your shop, as i imagine getting on the regular staff would be quite hard. i think it would be a great opportunity for any artist, but starting over at the bottom seems a bit too much to handle.

Not that I'm qualified for this opportunity but in my case I feel like starting over from the point I'm at would not be a loss. Completely worth it.

Re: Brandon Bond apprentice! NOW HIRING!
oh its worth it in the long run, no doubt. its just hard to take that hit and go back to that life of working 80+ hours at 2 jobs for half the pay. i got a wife and 2 kids to support. i gotta keep that cash comming in.

Re: Brandon Bond apprentice! NOW HIRING!
Totally understand that but I don't have any little ones just yet. How do women accomplish that in this industry anyway. Its not like there is maternity leave? Anyone know of any women who have dealt with this I'm just curious.
