Default tattoo machine building

i am getting into tattooing, and rather buy a machine i want to build one, this would help me understand the running of a machine better and also open up alot of oppurtunities for me if im any good. but im having trouble getting any blueprints and it would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help me

no. if you are getting into tattooing you need a machine that is well built and reliable. you can't possibly know the intricacies of a tattoo machine, and the factors of making one run correctly without having experience. its like trying to build a dentists drill, but having no teeth. your focus should be solely on doing good tattoos.

ay dude, i appreciate your feedback, i will keep your statement in mind when i become a tattoo artist, but im mainly wanting to build one to understand the system of a tattoo machine as oppose to ruining someone with it, thanks for the feedback and i am very greatful for you advice

Tattoo machines that are customize made with coils that hand wound for every piece is hand crafted with care and patience.

bassicly what conorblue was trying to tell you is no machine builder is goin to tell you how to build a machine....tattooing isnt easy. non the less trying to build a machine and even more so understand a machine. im not trying to sound like an ass but your first mistake is asking someone to just give you something they have worked so hard for and put endless hours and dedication to figuring things out on their own. but as conorblue said get into a shop that KNOWS what they are doing and they will teach you everything you need to know. but if you insist on learning on your own ... take it form me the info is out there.. you just have to WORK and search for it. no one is going to just give it to you though. one way or another you will have to work for it. that's just part of it man.
