Hey guys, my name is Charlie and I'm an anthropology student at the University of North Texas. I am writing a mini ethnography on tattoos and the culture that surrounds them and I need to gather some data. I would really appreciate it if anyone wouldn't mind taking the time to answer these few questions about tattoos.

5.How many tattoos do you have? 3 small ones, and I'm working on a sleeve that my wife says only counts as one.
6.What style of tattoo do you prefer? Color. Exaggerated Realism.
7.What are your reasons for getting tattoos? I like them.
8.What are your restrictions on tattoos? (i.e. none below the elbow, none on face, etc...) No face tattoos. I'm too pretty for facial tattoos.

7.What are your reasons for getting tattoos? Started that i wanted to be cool, now it's because i love the profession and the ability that those who are great at it have. Also, i like the aspect of my very professional straight laced job combined with the stereotype of the tattooed person. I like changing minds that are biased based on looks alone. and s&!t, i think it makes me a little cool.
8.What are your restrictions on tattoos? (i.e. none below the elbow, none on face, etc...)
my restrictions are nothing above the shoulders......i cover my tattoos at work and wouldn't be able to cover them on the neck. I do want a neck tattoo though.

7.What are your reasons for getting tattoos? my earth suite is a strange vehicle needing adornment, facinated by ink since I was 10 years old, tattoo has been worn by unique individuals for thousdands of years
8.What are your restrictions on tattoos? I must cover each day for work, I am sleeved and legs inked to the floor, cant do my hands, or neck

7.What are your reasons for getting tattoos? The artwork is either insane and moves me or there is a meaning to the tattoo hence its on my flesh.
8.What are your restrictions on tattoos? (i.e. none below the elbow, none on face, etc...) Never get some ones name unless its one of your kids.

5.How many tattoos do you have? Too many to count and if i could count I would be a prostitute anyway!
6.What style of tattoo do you prefer? The kind that stay in your skin permanently
7.What are your reasons for getting tattoos? I only get tattooed when someone dies or there is some kind of tragedy in my life so i can be on TV and tell my sad story to the masses!
8.What are your restrictions on tattoos? The more suggestive sexually the better the tattoo??? I mean....I'm a prostitute? biker chic? that is in a band? who was in the military? or whose hubby is a tattoo artist???? so because no one can really figure out why I would do this to such a pretty woman....I just feel that having at least two vaginas and as many tits as possible is the best thing I could do to myself since i am going to self mutilate myself anyway!

Okay...i asked this before but is there a website somewhere that says....go to Brandon's forum if you are doing a paper on tattoos for college????
