Ps tattooing is a form of expression yes, and you express your ideas through an artistic medium, that can in fact be taught. Just like basketweaving, or blacksmithing, or painting, it is all a learned vocation handed from one to another and yes in many cases requires an upfront payment to weed out the bulls&!tters..

And it is taught everyday.

the first thing I sent you was about friends and family seeing me at a tattoo shop, from your post.

everytime someone sees me at a shop I end up f@#king tattooing. This seems like an opportunity to party like a regular tattoo party kinda person man.
