I guess it is a parody. (Took me a minute to see through my blinding rage.)
But it is still reprehensible!

Um, that was the most screwed up thing Ive seen in a while. It has to be a joke, it says that its legal, but its not. There are ppl giving 'statements' from states that fighting is most definatly illegal. My fave part was in the questions:

Q-What do I do if the police crash the event?

A-While only your attorney can properly advise you in such situations, it may be advisable to have false identification on hand, as well as a very convincing story pertaining to that identification. Act cool and collected, and if arrested, volunteer no information of any kind.

There is no way something like this actually exists, but I have a lot of ideas as what it could be....a parody perhaps, maybe a way for authorities to entrap or get info on real illegal activities or ways for criminals to find other criminals. I dont really know, how can we find out? Did I miss something?
