yup, thats an old college photography trick, and the zoom thing, just makes better sense than trying to take a good pic standing 2 inches from your subject matter, thats what a zoom is for

i tried backing it up and using the flash with 2 layers of masking tape over it. perfect. no more blur. just need to make sure the tattoo is dry so i dont get a shine. thanks!!
