Default General Questions on Contacting Artists

I'm looking for some information on redesigning/updating a current tattoo. I'm a general artist (in no way a tattoo artist but rather more comic book or fantasy) and I have a tribal arm band/cross on my right arm. The tattoo is very generic nothing fancy however I am looking to add some originality to it and make it a half sleeve/upper peck tat. I have some general ideas of what I'd like but being a self defeating artist I never like any of my designs for too long. I was wondering who I would talk to/email/get a hold of to perhaps collaborate a unique design, share ideas and have the artist improve upon it. Any "go here and do this" info would be great. Thanks for the time. (I apologize if there is a place for this on the website that I have simply overlooked.)

You should give us a call at the shop and we can start talking you through this. I would say you can just stop by, but it looks like you are not really local here in the dirty dirty. It's a good thing that you are already so willing to let the artist apply their ideas and design to the art, as that's going to get you the best tattoo for sure. There are some masterpiece paintings out there that just don't translate into a good tattoo. Lucky for you these guys are awesome and can tell you what it's going to take to make it work as a tattoo. I recommend that you look through the galleries on here, and start deciding what artist or artists might best suit your style. Once you know who you want to work with for your tattoo, get in contact with us and we'll start the process. The phone # here at the shop is 770-435-9966. Feel free to send me a private message here as well. We would love to get ya in to work out some amazing art.
