would it be possible to get it set up so that if you get a pm from someone, the next time you log on (or refresh if your already logged on), it prompts you with a window telling you about the pm?

i didnt get any kind of notification. i saw it on the top of the screen near my log in but didnt get a pop up window.

its extremely possible that i dont have my settings set right, but i dont know what to change.
