Red face Tattoo parlor apprenticeship Q...

I am graduating high school in a few months and the prospect of apprenticing at a tattoo parlor has really began to appeal to me. Just wondering if any one has ever served as an apprentice or had apprentices themselves and is willing to enlighten me on the experience of apprentice?

Just curious really. I have taken advanced art courses since junior high and while photography is my ‘calling’ [lol] I admire all forms of art especially tattoos. I plan to do a short stint in art school during my upcoming college years to fine tune my skills overall, but you know like I said before just curious.

Rock on & Thanxx Lovelies. Cal NJ

click this link and scroll down to the post from "crafty cat" and then continue reading on thru the rest of the posts. that should give you some ideas about going thru the apprentice experience.
