Default Hawk or not to Hawk?

All of a sudden I'm really feeling it. Mainly because Booth uses it, apparently it is made in Germany. I don't think it will directly make my work better but may influence new things. Plus, I'm digging the silent aspect.

Hawk Thread two.

oh yea and apparently it doesn't line?

haha it probably does line, but I am sure it takes a whiiiiiiile to get used to it for that purpose. It must be lining, since some guys use the hawk and only the hawk.....

Have you tried to look at Stigma' s stuff ? I got an hyper v2 and it' s the s&!t when it comes to color blending and shadings ! It packs easily and no traumas. You can line with it, but i personnally prefer coils for that.
Swashdrives are cool but hit a bit harder. Which can be a good if it' s what you' re after.
Also the dragonfly tattoo machine is something to check.
The advantage is all those work with conventional grips and needles.

I'd quit tattooing.
