Yeah, it can be if it's constructive. I've seen instances where it wasn't the case.
It happens here, but someone calls them out on the non constructiveness, that's what I like about it here.

i just checked out the skin mods site and it said that the bandwidth was exceeded..what does that mean?

I wish it would come back up. Seemed like a neat site. Plus we were supposed to be a featured shop and when I went there to check it out.....bandwidth exceeded. I don't know d*@k about computers or the internet, anyone have some insight??

It's most likely related to their website hosting and their tier of service they purchased which went beyond what they're allocated for traffic in a month. Which means if they're going to be a hardcore site and attract thousands of visitors...they'll need a new plan.

Thank you, that makes sense. For someone who utilizes the internet on a daily basis, I really have no f*@kin' clue how it all operates. Still beats the sh!t out of tin cans and string.
