i cant sleep..

after working 10 hours last night, im still up.. emailing, emailing, emailing, searching, eating some pineapple. which is awesome by the way

why arent any of you up, i need to harass someone.

Got told by my Shrink yesterday that I should get sleep.. Maybe I can take less sleeping pills..

im constantly working working working.

i need a break, seems like everything is running together lately and the outcome really isnt making me happy.

Awww, I just got back from vacation and found out the bastard that took over my lease at the beginning of the summer ia trying to steal from me (the landlord has his deposit, but he's trying to sue me for it when he owes me money because he messed up my stuff).

Ah well, I'll coutersue for my damages and he can rot in hell (did I mention that mycopyof the agreement disappeared over the summer when he had access to my stuff?).

that f@#king blows, im sorry man.. same thing happened to me sort of..

i was ending my leas e, told them i wasnt going to renew they turned into astards... the day after the last walkin which i wasnt home for mind you, they tell me saying that i owe them last months rent, isiad nooo f@#king way i paid that when i movedin.. they said nope they dont have records that idid. i knew i did , i saw it when i was going through all my paperwork like a week prior .. so i had to pay. it sucked. bastards. i hate people.

and i still cant sleep, this being day 2.

Yeah, the landlord is on my side and the guy wrote rent checks to him so it's not much of a case unless he tries to forge my signature on something. No lessor/lessee relationship. I'll counter sue and then he'll be out $200 in court fees, and I'll get a collections agency on his ass to get the $130 he owes me (just so I can screw up his credit).

The guy has never been the sharpest knife in the drawer, so it's annoying but any judge with half a brain will see what's going on. Funny thing is that I'm taking a course on contract law right now.

For sleep, try some chamomile (sp) tea and valerian root. Benadryl works for me too, but not for everyone. Heck, the only way I can sit still long enough to get tattooed is if I take some benadryl to slow me down. (sorry about that Nate, next time I'll take it before I get there)

im pretty good about my tattoo settings.. only once was i ever b1tc4y and kinda mean .. im sure brandon would love to tell you all about it.. haha i still feel horrible.

uh oh, I hope I wasn't b1tc4y. I just have trouble sitting still. 6 1/2 hours in the back of my friends car didn't help too much either I think.
