Damn, that brings back memories. One of the first "big" MMA events in Georgia was at that very venue way back in MMA years. I met Liddell, Ortiz, John Lewis, Marco Ruas, Pele; and a few others at that place in Rome in 99 I think it was. Tito fought, John Lewis fought, Pele fought; but Chuck was just there hanging out with Tito and John Lewis. Walking around like you would see any local fighter walking around a local event.

At any rate, we were there on the floor, and I started chatting with Chuck and John Lewis. We ended up going out and drinking with Liddell, Ortiz and Lewis. Pretty cool guys. Tito was a blast. Not the ass hole that some think that he is.

My age is going to start showing...
