Dear Sirs,
I am writing in reguards to th great costomer service I recieved while
trying to buy your dvds through strangleholdmerch.com. I am a caveman when
it comes to computers and have the worst luck ordering things online. When I
tried to you my paypal acct. to order the dvds, I ran into a wierd dead end
that just kept asking for my address and then telling me card was already on
file, without letting me go any further. Then, I tried to order by just
checking out directly and entering my card info. Turns out, my card was
declined for some reason. Money was there, but... s&!t, I don't know what
happenned. I'm sure I entered something wrong... Long story short, Mr. Heft
contacted me immediatly via email and told me to contact him if there were
any questions or anything he could do. I asked about sending money orders or
just calling in the info directly, and he responded (again, very quickly)
and let me know that those would be fine. When I finally called the shop a
few days later, they put Matt on the phone and he helped me out. He took my
info, processed it, and sent me an email confirmation, all before I got home
from work. I would just forward you the emails, but as I said, I'm a
caveman and it probably wouldn't work. Anyways, I just want to say that I
really appreciate the professional manner in which I was delt with peronally
by Mr. Heft and commend the way you guys handle your business. Thank you
for your time and I look forward to the dvds.

I'm sure you get a s&!t ton of e-mails telling you how much your tattoos rock and so on and so forth. I just want to say that your people at stanglehold rock! Just before x-mas I ordered some stuff from you guys and there was some confusion about my order. Not only did Di try to e-mail me but also called about my order. She made the order right and also added some "bonus" goodies to my package. As you know, owning several companies, that customer service is the most important part of any buisness and will keep people comming back for more. Because your products are cool and your customer sevice is outstanding I WILL be comming back for more!
