I always just do black and gray drawings. What are you guys using to put color in? Your colors all look sharp and professional, is that colored pencil? Or markers? How do you guys get the color so even and smooth? If you don't want to say, I'll understand.

for flash, i use a combination of things....but my most preferred method is prismacolor colored pencils, mixed with their markers as well. cant beat it, looks bold and vibrant. a lot of people watercolor their flash, and although i love how it looks on a little larger scale in paintings, a lot of the time the flash looks kinda dull trying to water color in smaller spaces. 2cents.

watercolor pencils are good too, draw it on with the pencil, blend it out with water. let dry, repeat as necessary to get good solid fields of color

i'm lazy i don't even shade or color my drawings anymore, and any spare time i do have is spent down in the basement in the machine shop haha
