Ha ha ha. Supposedly it is in refrence to disrespect and slander in front of the dead. I don't know. One of my clients is a mortition and he told me about it. And gave an example where someone was fined. The recently passed large female wouldn't set up properly after embalming. The Embalmer cursed with frustration. And was fined. True story.
