I would try it if they gave samples but I'm a little skeptical. I just read about those a week or so ago. It seems like they might have a little more resistance than rubber bands.

I got a few today to try but.... I really wish they had more sizes. I predominantly use 9's and 13's, with 11 and 15 bugpins, and all they have are 7, 11, 15's.
Maybe they will eventually make more...

I think he means the little "crack" like things on the banner that make it look weathered.

I see what your talking about. It must be the curve of his leg combined with the angle he has his leg. It also makes his head look longer and thinner than it is.

I've just recently started using Mithra's curved bugpin magnums and really like them so far. VERY easy to get smooth, gradient shading.

I have quite a few machines but the two I use, and love, the most are my next gen. orion brass patinas. I got them after all my other machines were stolen in a break in about 5 yrs ago.

These were done on an arm so there is a curve to it, hence the skewed look.

I use one of those "Jackhammers" quite a bit. I bought one just to try out a rotary and was scared to spend 400+ on something I may not like but to my amazement I love it.
