For practice skins yes but they are still a bit hard to wipe off the ink and they are harder than skin so the needle doesn't go in as deep as it should, The best thing I have used was this flesh...

Joker tattoo . net has them, the sizes and prices are 6" x 6" ($4.00), 8" x 12" ($8.00) and 11" x 14" ($16.00). I've tried the thicker ones made by millennium (moms) but the ink was impossible to...

there are lots of practice skins out there, the thin brown ones work best for me, I have also had good results with pumpkins and pretty much any citrus fruit is good to practice your lines on.

yep it's Amanda with the reverse bear trap on her face. I plan on finishing it in a couple days, I'll post a pic when I'm done. I didn't think the top of the leg was going to be so sensitive.
