If you have a lot of artists to look after then maybe you should look into some of he software that is marketed to Hair Salons. I am sure there is one out there that can sync with a smartphone.

I would either precut the needed lengths so they are ready to go or make a sexy dispenser (like a supersized tape dispenser with a flip top cover over it) that can be mounted to the wall.

My concern would be what to do when a part goes bad on the thing. At least with the old 3M thermos parts like belts and bulbs are easy to find on ebay.

Dettol straight up for stencils. After putting on the stencil I let it airdry on while I get my stuff set up. Anti-bacterial, kills MRSA too their website claims.
