help ordering d.v.d.
 

I live in a state that does not have licensing , I am bloodborn path. certified, and apprenticed under Russ Myer's , succesfully . I want to order the d.v.d. but can not prove I am a profesional artist. I plan on opening my own shop after I get out of the trouble i am in with the law. But as of now I'm ass out. Russ is a great artist, but old school.
I want to learn badly, can you help with this problem.
