in need of a better ergonomic work stool
 

for some reason the search function is not working for me, sorry if this is a redundant topic to bring up..
my back and neck hurt, ive been doing this long enough that i should have done something about it sooner but its getting to the point of me losing sleep over it, its time to do something about it. whats the best stool youve ever used and why?
