Please define a scratcher?
 

Can someone please clear this up for me- is a scratcher a self-taught artist who is educated in safety and sterilization and does good work? Is a scratcher a an artist who works in a clean dedicated space on the property they also live on?
The pics are done in a shop in my town by the shop owner-I think it should be illeagle to put a mess like that on a trusting human being!! Yet he can get respect and buy quality supplies because he is in a blessed SHOP!

Do you frequent this message board in hopes to learn sweet secrets from people that actually respect this business, but dont realize that hundreds of scratchers are on here, trying to supplement this board to their jailhouse apprenticeships, to disgrace a business I personally spent years learning, and dripping blood, sweat and tears to try and bring some legitamacy to?
