Looked up surgical lights as well, they look like a pretty good buy.....tons of light output...

edited: DRE Vision LED, is the light source I looked up....LED's dont give off as much heat as standard bulbs.....light output is bright also...and has a shadow reducer feature, don't know how well it works...

Anyone using the surgical headlights??? post some feedback...seen a couple of guys at the Philly convention last year rock out with them, look like your digging for gold but if it works use it, thats my thinking.....how do you like the headlights honestly?? Annoying, to heavy, slides down your face when/if sweaty...post it up

Yeah most of the artists I know have one..
from what I have seen they come in the standard cream color and I have also seen a black one here and there...
I know there are other lights avail but I have not needed to even try any due to how well this one has worked for me over the years, it cost about $40 and has lasted me about 21/2-3 years money well spent in my opinion.
