really hard to say without holding the machine. I only bend the bar enough to make sure its not sitting on the tube up top, i think it runs way smoother just sitting in the tip, adn staying off the tube. Some A-bars are longer and dont need the bend as much. But i always give em all a little bend during set up.

Chris Holmes! Last I saw him was when his shop burned down and he was traveling around doing guest spots. Said he wanted out of that area because the clients that came in never wanted anything challenging. He wanted to do magazine quality work, and the people around there just wanted cheap 30 minute flash, and/or could be talked into anything stupid (I know this is true because after he said that, I convinced a biker that came in that night to get a penis butterfly tattoo the size of his fist on his back.).

Same name, different guy. This guy was short, dark hair, and looked like a hipster/emo dude. Back before emo was emo. His shop was Blue Shadow in Douglasville, GA. Piercer's name was Larry something. Larry is the crazy f@#ker I've mentioned that has the mouse and cheese tattooed on his d**k.
